I’m Christine, Founder and NBC-HWC Health & Wellness Coach ,Certified Holistic Nutrition Specialist, Whole Foods Culinary Specialist, DPP Certified, International Speaker and #1 Bestselling Author on Amazon. I received my A.A.S in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice in 2015 followed by dedicating almost 20 years to a local non profit organization within a leadership capacity as a
Senior Director. I am a blessed Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, and Wife.
After years of experiencing burnout disorder, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, hormonal imbalances, and struggling with living inauthentically I had finally come to the realization that I had hit rock bottom and things needed to change. I had no desire to dedicate any more time and energy to the negative emotions and thoughts that were consuming my life on a daily basis. I made the commitment to put in the work so I would no longer feel imbalanced, fatigued, and hopeless. I found the courage, strength, and determination to drag myself out of the dark abyss.
This was the beginning of my transformational journey into health and wellness and supporting and empowering women that share similar life experiences.
I believe that health is not just about the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and spiritual well -being. I became a board certified health and wellness coach to help women achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized coaching, evidence based approaches and support. I am passionate about serving others through meaningful work and empowerment.
